What is the Significance of a Karunkal Murthi?
The temple's main deity will be a sacred hand-carved black granite murthi, crafted by traditional shilpis according to Agamic principles.
Black granite holds and radiates divine energy after consecration, making the murthi a living embodiment of Shri Anantha Muthumariamman, blessing all devotees with protection, peace, and spiritual upliftment.
This sacred installation will establish a rare Devi Peetam in the southern hemisphere, radiating the Divine Mother's Shakti for generations.
